This is different from any other coaching or counseling you have experienced. I take you out of the everyday routine for local Kayaking, hiking, or just sitting at a park. These sessions are designed to have the most effective results in your personal life without the frustration of traditional sofa-style coaching. Everything you need is included in the session. Meet me at a local lake, river, or trail and I will have all the gear you need. Just show up!
One-on-one personal coaching for 1 hour per week for 6-8 weeks. Action plans are prepared and sent to the client after each session. An 8-week coaching program may look something like this:
1 Foundation Document, confirm focus areas
2-3 Work on mindset using Cognitive Behavioral Coaching
4-5 Formulate goal and strategies plans
6-7 Identify potential obstacles, work on how to overcome them
8 Create sustainable growth, summary
